** Final shipment dates - International 11th December - Within Australia 18th December **

Shipping prices & estimated delivery times -

Within Australia - AUD $15 - via Australia Post Express 2-3 business days to metro areas (regional areas may differ)

International - AUD $35 - via Australia Post Standard 7-10 business days to major cities (other areas may differ)

International - AUD $45 - via Australia Post Express 3-6 business days to major cities (other areas may differ)

The above Australia Post options covers $100 value compensation. To discuss / arrange a quote for INSURANCE & EXTRA COVER, local courier or other carrier options, please email hello@natalia-mp.com 

Natalia endeavours to package & ship online purchases from the studio within 2-3 business days of full payment being received ( this includes the items and shipping costs ).

Clients will be notified via email when parcels are dispatched. A tracking number will be provided, and signatures are required on receipt.

Natalia is not liable for any delay, loss or damage while in transit, or once delivered to the recipients. Any issues that arise are between the client / purchaser, the recipient, and the shipping companies.

International clients are responsible for any custom taxes and duties on delivery in the destination country.

International clients must me aware of what items are subject to import restrictions. Some countries do not accept jewellery and precious materials. Contact the local customs office if you have questions. Natalia is not responsible for any issues or costs that arise regarding restricted items.

Currently Natalia ships jewellery to New Zealand, US, UK, and Canada. Email hello@natalia-mp.com if you require a quote to a country not listed.

Natalia can also look into using other shipping and courtier companies if required.
